Our charges are as follows:
  • For selling a property:
    - No cost for advertising, if you do it yourself
    - Service charges if you require any help
    - 1% of Sale price + TVA at 19,6% where this site
      has produced the buyer.
  • For renting a property:
    - 30 € per month or part of a month + TVA at 19,6%
