A lovely Mas, more or less abandoned. 9 months later - an even better Mas, completely renovated with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large upper terrace with beautiful views, and a superb pool area away from the Mas.

The upper floor is now pretty well up to its new roof line. Other roofs are being prepared. The columns for the large outside terrace go into place.

The timber roof structure is assembled and adjusted in situ prior to the roof being put on. In parallel, the secondary building work starts inside the house.

Some walls get insulated, bricked and then plastered. Elswewhere, the floors are being levelled.
Partition walls go up, the underfloor heating gets put into placing, and then floor tiling begins.
